Ad Submission
Ad Submission Guidelines Ad materials can be sent via email or mail. To submit via email, please type your text directly into your email or attach a Microsoft Word document containing your text. Also include each of your images in a clearly titled .jpg format. For first time advertisers, any information, photos, logos, etc. you would like in your header are also needed. Any handwritten materials must be printed legibly. We are not able to accept Publisher files. PDFs are accepted, please call if you have questions about specifications. For any other questions regarding design requirements, please contact Michelle at 815-732-3972 or HomesGraphics@comcast.net. In your submission, please be sure to include the following: Size of Ad, Contact Information, Header or Logo Information, Billing Address, Number all photos and corresponding text. Standard Ad Layout • Maximum of 3 listings with pictures on 1/4 page These are the maximum amount of listings we allow for each size ad. This does not include your header information, logo or agent photos. Advertising Rates Please contact us for our standard advertising rates (we do not post rates on the website).
We offer open rates, contact rates, rates for special placement, color page rates and other special. requests We accept VISA & MASTERCARD and can set up automatic bill pay with your credit card.
